I just helped my Polish friend Maria complete her self-evaluation for work. She was born in Poland, and moved to America, where she went to college and became a CNA. She speaks English very well, but doesn’t write it as well. She asked me for help with the phrasing of her sentences. I guided her through her evaluation, and I have to say it is solid. I am so physically dead
and it feels so good. I love the shape I’m getting into. Although I did see a picture of a friend of mine (female) who took fitness WAYYYY too far. Not pretty. Gotta keep your femininity! Curves are where it’s at!
